Mobility - Stability Base Camp

Class Description

Whether it be to unwind from a busy day or recover from a killer workout, this class is for you.  Each class will guide you through a self- myofascial release using foam rollers and other techniques. Additionally, classes focus on developing various aspects of ‘core’ strength: be it shoulder girdle, hips, or yes, your abdomen/spine. Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

  • Classes begin January 6th
  • Monday 6PM-6:50PM  & or Saturday - 9AM-9:50AM 
  • MCRPD Studios - 579 S. Franklin St Fort Bragg, CA
  • $20 drop in or MCRPD Punch Cards available. 
    • Punch cards available  -$170 for 10 classes or $85 for 5 classes. *Can be used for any fitness class, no expiration date! PURCHASE HERE
