Barre Toning w/ Tyler

BARRE TONING

This hour-long class utilizes basic dance technique and training skills at the barre, paired with optional props (light weights, and pilates ball etc), and deep stretching for a full-body workout. No matter your level of skill or experience, exercises can be modified so everyone can feel challenged and enjoy noticeable results of increased strength and flexibility after just a few weeks.
