Mendocino Coast Recreation & Park District has adopted a formal complaint and grievance policy and grievance form for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging concerns, complaints or requests for access to District programs. The District’s Complaint and Grievance Policy and Grievance Form are provided below. Grievances can be submitted to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator.
