Boxing Class

Step into a high-energy, structured, and empowering workout designed for young adults and adults. This light-contact boxing program blends authentic boxing technique with total-body fitness, stress relief, and self-protection — all in a safe, controlled environment.

What to Expect:

  • Full-Body Fitness: Burn calories, build strength, and endurance.
  • Boxing Fundamentals: Master stance, movement, and defense.
  • Stress Relief & Focus: Channel energy into power and precision.
  • Environmental Awareness: Train your mind to stay alert and adaptable.
  • Safe Practice: Learn real skills without the risk of full-contact sparring.

DETAILS

  • Dates: Novmber 11- December 20
  • Schedule:
  • Monday's & Wednesday's, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM 
    • Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval (CO-ED)
  • Saturday's 10:00 AM-11:00 AM 
    • Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval (WOMEN ONLY)
  • Note: No classes  week of 11/24 or 12/22 – 12/31
  • Warm-Up • Technique & Drills • Conditioning • Controlled Partner Rounds • Cool Down
  • Students should bring hand wraps and 14 oz gloves.
  • All other training equipment is provided (pads, mitts, bags, etc.).

 

Cardio Kickboxing 

Build strength, confidence, and stamina through a powerful blend of kickboxing technique and high-energy cardio training. This dynamic class includes proper striking form, pad work, bag work, and conditioning — perfect for young adults and adults at any fitness level.

Class Details (90 Minutes):

  • Schedule: Fridays, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
  • Dates: 11/14/25-12/19/25 
  • Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval (Co-ed)
  • Note: No classes  week of 11/24 or 12/22 – 12/31
  • Students should bring hand wraps and 14 oz gloves.
  • All other training equipment is provided.
