Taught by Tyler Fosse - this hour long Barre Fitness class is designed to improve strength and flexibility. This Class incorporates aspects of dance technique, body weight toning, yoga, and Pilates, for a challenging full-body workout designed for all body types and fitness levels. Only clean indoor shoes allowed in the studio please.
